These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in Sena Technologies, Inc.’s (“Sena”) WAVE Trade-Up Rebate Program (“Trade-Up Program”). By submitting your trade-up rebate request, you agree to these Terms. Sena may amend these Terms from time to time. This Trade-Up Program is a limited-time offer and is available only while supplies last. Such offer is void where prohibited or restricted by any applicable regulations or laws.

Definitions

“Eligible New Device” means the following Sena products that qualify for this Trade-Up Program offer. 

• • Sena 60S single unit (part number: 60S-01)
  • Sena 60S dual pack (part number: 60S-01D)
  • Sena STRYKER helmet (all sizes and color variations)
  • Sena IMPULSE helmet (all sizes and color variations)

“Eligible Used Device” means any Sena motorcycle device, or some eligible Non-Sena Communication Device* that qualifies for the Trade-Up Program.

“Non-Sena Communication Device” means any wireless communication system used by motorcyclists that is not manufactured by Sena (including its affiliate companies), but provides similar functionalities to Sena’s 5S,10S,20S, 30K, or 50S model. These functionalities typically include Bluetooth or Mesh intercom communication, hands-free calling, GPS navigation audio, music streaming, and most importantly, rider-to-rider intercom capabilities. For example, wireless communication systems from brands like Cardo, UClear, Lexin, and others that are designed for helmet integration and group communication while riding.

“Promotion Period” means a period from June 1st, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

“Trade-Up Credit” means the credit to your original form of payment method, which you will receive if your Eligible Used Device trade-in is timely received and approved by Sena. 

“Website” means store-us.sena.com

Participation Instructions and Conditions

1. Only an end-user customer who meet the conditions set out in paragraph 8 can apply for this Trade-Up Program. All the information you submitted to Sena under this Trade-Up Program shall be true and accurate.

2. You must submit a trade-up rebate request (“Rebate Request”) at store-us.sena.com within 30 days from your qualifying purchase of an Eligible New Device. You should provide any information that Sena requested to process your Rebate Request, such as, your name, contact information, your purchase information (purchase order, date, product), of Eligible Used Device, etc. The Rebate Request form can be completed online only, and you should obtain access to the internet. Sena reserves the right to approve your Rebate Request.

3. Sena will email you a pre-paid shipping label and a packing slip to return your Eligible Used Device. You shall pack and ship securely your Eligible Used Device using the shipping label and enclosing the packing slip. You are fully responsible for any damage to your Eligible Used Device during shipping. You must use the pre-paid label provided by Sena, and Sena will not reimburse you for any shipping charges. Your Eligible Used Device must be received by Sena within 30 days of your Rebate Request submission.

4. Upon inspection, Sena reserves the right to approve or reject your trade-in device at its sole discretion. A rejected device will be returned at your expense. For example, your trade-in device will be rejected if Sena finds it is counterfeit or with non-factory alterations.  Also, if Sena finds your trade-in devices are different from, the Eligible Used Device indicated on your Rebate Request, Sena will reject your Rebate Request and return your trade-in device at your expense. Sena will have no liability for any loss or damage that may occur to your device(s) during the return shipment.

5. Upon receipt and verification of your Eligible Used Device, Sena will initiate a Trade-Up Credit of $150.00 to be issued to your original form of payment method used for the qualifying purchase of an Eligible New Device, provided that your order of the New Eligible Device is not cancelled or returned. Every one (1) unit of Eligible Used Device approved and accepted by Sena will qualify for a Trade-Up Credit of $150 with one (1) Eligible New Device purchase. It typically takes 10-20 business days for the Trade-Up Credit to be issued. You will be notified by e-mail when the Trade-Up Credit is issued. 

6. When Sena approves and accepts your Eligible Used Device, the title to and ownership in the Eligible Used Device shall pass from you to Sena, and you warrant to Sena that there is no restriction on or impediment against the passing of the title to the Eligible Used Device to Sena.

7. Your Eligible New Device cannot be returned for a refund once we accept your trade-in device and issue you the Trade-Up Credit, and Sena’s standard 30-day return policy will no longer apply.  A defective Eligible New Device may be exchanged or serviced in accordance with warranty policy of Sena limited warranty.

Eligibility and Other Restrictions

1. To apply for this Trade-Up Program, you must:

• be an end-user customer who is 18 years of age or older,
• be a legal resident of the Contiguous United States, consisting of 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia of the United States with a valid U.S. physical street address (no P.O. boxes or foreign addresses accepted).  
  
• be the sole owner of the Eligible Used Device, and no other third party holds any rights or interests of any kind in your Eligible Used Device,
  
• has purchased an Eligible New Device during the Promotion Period from Sena’s website at www.sena.com, 
  
• accept and comply with the Terms,
  
• follow the instructions provided by Sena related to this Trade-Up Program,
  
• not be a reseller, agent, dealer, distributor or retailer of Sena, and
  
• not be an employee and its familiar or household member of Sena or its affiliate companies

General Conditions

1. Sena is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no Trade-Up Credit will be issued. 

2. Providing false or duplicate information, or any information that violates the eligibility requirements of this offer, will result in the disqualification of your Rebate Request. Sena reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any Rebate Request that Sena has determined to be false or fraudulent at its own discretion. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this promotion will be ineligible for the offer and may be subject to civil and criminal proceedings to the full extent of the law.

3. You agree that the standard terms and conditions presented on the Website (whether at point of sale or Rebate Request submission) will govern all purchases made on the Website and the Trade-Up Program, and they are incorporated by reference in these Terms. Sena may use the information submitted in your Trade-Up Program request in accordance with the privacy policy posted on our website at www.sena.com/privacy.

4. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING BY SENA, ANY PRODUCT PROVIDED UNDER THE TRADE-UP PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED $150.

5. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms (including the additional terms incorporated by reference) are the only agreement between us concerning the Trade-Up Program and supersede any other document, understanding, or discussion. Sena’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any term (or part of a term) of these Terms is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. 

6. ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES REGARDING THE TRADE-UP PROGRAM WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN IRVING, TEXAS, USA, INSTEAD OF IN COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (“AAA Rules”) then in effect. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. Arbitration of any claim not exceeding $10,000 will be conducted solely on the basis of documents you and Sena submit to the arbitrator. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

8. Sena reserves the right to modify or end the Trade-Up Program at any time without notice, including to limit the offer due to product availability. This limited-time introductory offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is subject to change or termination at the sole and exclusive discretion of Sena.
