Sena.com Gift Card Terms & Conditions (U.S.)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of digital gift cards issued by Sena Technologies, Inc. ("Sena", "we", "our", or "us") (“Gift Card”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purchase and Use

Sena.com Gift Cards are available for purchase and redemption only on our official U.S. website: store-us.sena.com.

Gift Cards may be used to purchase any eligible product sold on store-us.sena.com.

Gift Cards are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
2. Redemption

To redeem, enter the code of the Gift Card during checkout on store-us.sena.com. (US site)

If the order total exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with another accepted payment method.

If the order total is less than the balance of the Gift Card, the remaining value will remain on the Gift Card for future use.
3. Expiration and Fees

A Gift Card will expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. Please ensure you use your Gift Card balance within this period.

No service or inactivity fees will be applied to the Gift Card balance.
4. Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value.

We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if it was obtained fraudulently or used in violation of the Terms.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Sena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

We may re-issue a Gift Card at our discretion, only with valid proof of purchase and remaining balance.
6. Returns

Products purchased using a Gift Card are eligible for return per our return policy as set out in store-us.sena.com.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of store credit or a new Gift Card.
7. Fraud Prevention

Sena reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review any Gift Card or order suspected of fraud, misuse, or other violations of law or Terms.
8. Changes to Terms

Sena may modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on store-us.sena.com and will become effective immediately.
9. Governing Law

Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
